STANDARD RETURN POLICY


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance:

  • Any custom competition suit orders (i.e. Customize Your Bikini, Customize Your Wellness, Customize Your Figure). This includes ALL suit orders that are in the process of being made.
  • Posing suits (bikini, wellness, and figure)
  • Team posing suits
  • Team robes
  • Competition masks
  • Quick ship suits
  • Pre-owned suits
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. We do guarantee our crystals, however, if the crystals are loose due to improper cleaning techniques or soap (dry cleaning, washer, wrong soap, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee in order to replace the missing crystals or a new top/bottom piece.

Please Note

  • A 50% restocking fee will be charged for all returns or exchanges
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, unless your purchase Seel Return Assurance.
  • Quick ship suits are considered to be 'Sale Items' and are FINAL SALE, unless your purchase Seel Return Assurance.
  • Gift cards are FINAL SALE.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or store credit only, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. You may be eligible for a refund to your original payment method only if you purchase Seel Return Assurance. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy. You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.

To return an item if you did purchase Seel Return Assurance, please email customer service at hello@toxicangelzbikinis.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and return form, and mail your return to the following address:
