LADIES! Are you wearing your suit bottoms correctly?! 🤔
This is a common mistake many competitors make, but is such an easy fix! The goal is to wear your suit bottoms in a manner that will best flatter your physique!
As you can see on the left, the suit bottoms are too low which:
❌ Covers the glutes
❌ Makes the waist look wider

Now if you look at the right picture, the suit bottoms are hiked up HIGH near the pelvic bone!
THIS IS WHERE YOUR SUIT BOTTOMS SHOULD BE! 🙌🏽
By wearing your bottom connectors high on your hips you:
✅ Can see the entire glute
✅ Give illusion of a smaller waist
✅ Compliments your torso and structure that much better!
